Terms of Service
Rules for using Hanime Studio, including content requirements, membership access, local apps and user responsibility.
1. Your responsibility for content
You are responsible for the files, references, prompts and other material you choose to process. You must have the rights, permissions and lawful authority required to use that material with Hanime.
2. Adult-content rule
Adult or NSFW material may be processed only when every person depicted in sexual or nude content is an adult aged 18 or older, the material is lawful and consensual, and you have the legal right to process it. If age is uncertain or ambiguous, do not use the material with Hanime.
3. Strictly prohibited material
You must not process sexual content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful hidden-camera sexual material, stolen private intimate media, or other material whose possession or processing is illegal.
4. Local and cloud-backed features
Hanime Studio and Hanime Elsewhere are designed around local Windows workflows. Idea Lab and supported Rebuild actions may use cloud-backed AI processing. Browser-local Creator Tools may process selected media on your device.
5. Membership
Some features may require an active Hanime Premium membership. Patreon is the planned membership provider. Production Patreon entitlement is not enabled on the current preview deployment and the preview does not simulate active paid access.
6. Third-party services
Features that connect to third-party services are also subject to those services' applicable terms and privacy practices. Hanime does not grant rights to third-party content, models, media or accounts.
7. Enforcement
We may refuse processing, restrict features, suspend access, preserve information when legally required, and cooperate with valid legal requests or mandatory reporting obligations.
Effective: 13 September 2026. These terms may be updated as Hanime, applicable law and third-party integrations change.
