Acceptable Use Policy
Hanime is creator-friendly, including lawful adult content, with a strict line against minors, coercion, exploitation and illegal use.
Allowed in principle
Lawful creator references, cinematic material and consensual adult/NSFW material may be processed when every depicted person in sexual or nude material is 18+ and the user has the rights needed to process it.
Never allowed
Do not process sexual content involving anyone under 18, age-ambiguous sexual content, child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeuristic or unlawful hidden-camera sexual material, stolen private intimate media, or content whose possession or processing is unlawful.
Rights and consent
Do not use material in a way that unlawfully violates another person's privacy, image/publicity rights, copyright or contractual rights. You must have a lawful basis for your use of the reference.
Enforcement
We may reject requests, disable features, suspend accounts or terminate access where we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, and may take steps required by applicable law.
Effective: 13 September 2026. These terms may be updated as Hanime, applicable law and third-party integrations change.
